Well i have been doing nothing but work or gym and my drawing is starting to suffer.
But luckily for me, i have a week off where I'm going to focus on my portfolio again.
I really want to up my game and come up with new ideas.


So.. Watch This Space ! xD

This journel is pretty much to let people know that i havent combusted or disappeared since i havent wrote anything for a while.

Unfortunately times are changing, bills to pay. Work overload. Gym etc.
I cant remember the last time i actually really got stuck into a project.
Ive just hit a creative block, or maybe an idea overload. im not sure. whatever it is, i just cant seem to put pencil to paper. Which is kind of depressing and frustrating at the same time, which probably isnt helping things.
I think i need to go back to basics. Quick sketches in the outdoors and just scribbles in notebooks like i used to. Then maybe the ideas will flow.

Ive already finished my exhibition work for my group project (even made a frame for the dam things) Cause i had that much time on my hands over the holidays.
so now all thats left to do is written work and finish two more paintings for my speciailist pathway.
Im actually organised this year, im very shocked about it.
its actually such a buzz for me this year because i finish in May and although i have a way to go before i get to the standard i would like, i already feel my images have come along way.
My poor friends will be glad of a break from modelling

The only bad thing is im getting so much inspiration for more paintings that its distracting me from my work.  But alas that shall have to wait til after. i want to do some work on the Greek myths and do some paintings on the stories.

Oh well back to the drawing board

I never thought i would actually say those words.
I have finally finished my work, thats it now, done.
Thank goodness for that eh ?
within a short amount of hours i have stressed, worried and pieced together my work so i can hand something in and i have conquered, as well as this, i have done yet another painting to go along side Morrigan.
yes you heard right! I have done another painting, especially since it was required of me at short notice aswell.
I chose to do the goddess Brigid. the complete opposite to Morrigan ( well in my opinion anyway)
I will upload a picture when i get a chance and to be honest, i think its the better piece. it took me less then 24 hours to do rough sketches, concept art, line art, ink and paint it xD
Im so proud of myself right now, im on an all time high. Though i don't know how long its going to last

We have not done anything in such a long time together. Having left sixth form on a bad note and Uni/college getting in the way with my social life, i would like to take the opportunity to apologise for my failure and invite you out to (somewhere) at (some random time) and do (some random crap).
I do have an art show coming up  etc etc etc as i have mentioned to some.
I don't know exact dates but your more then welcome to come along and have a nose about and we can go out for lunch afterwards? Or scare piegons or do... something...bonkers xD
